If you plan to deviate from the convention dates, please select the Fly Your Own (FYO) option during registration, either through your own arrangements or via UOB Travel.

Deviation / Extension via UOB Travel

If you plan to deviate from the convention dates via UOB Travel, please read the following terms and conditions:

Flight deviation cost of SGD 65.40 with 9% GST applies, in addition to any fare difference.

For pre/post trip extensions, select the Pre/Post Trip option and provide your intended travel dates during registration.

A separate individual flight booking will be made for you, subject to seat availability and fare differences in the available booking classes.

Different booking classes have varying fare conditions and restrictions, such as flight times, itinerary change fees, refunds, cancellations, baggage allowances, mileage, and seat assignments.

Market airfares will be offered at the point of booking.

Your PRU Code will be allocated after registration closes.

Airport transfers are provided only for group flights as per the convention dates. Please arrange your own airport transfers for pre/post-trip extensions.

All deviation and/or top-up fares must be fully paid to UOB Travel before tickets are issued. A 3% financial fee applies for credit card payments.

Deviation / Extension via Fly Your Own (FYO)

Choose the Fly Your Own (FYO) option during registration, either through your own arrangements or via UOB Travel.

PACS will provide a reimbursement of S$360 (taxable) after the event, upon submission of your flight e-ticket to PRUFasTrack@UOBGroup.com and SGP.PRUEvents@prudential.com.sg.

PACS and UOB Travel will not be responsible for any flight changes; qualifiers must handle changes on their own.

It is strongly encouraged to arrange flights via UOB Travel to ensure your travel plans are not disrupted.

You may refer to the scenarios below to help you understand your entitlement(s) as a deviator.

Remarks:

"Hotel" refers to Amari Bangkok Hotel.
"Airport" refers to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) only. Transfers to/from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) will not be provided.
