Important Notes:

• Your final attendance is dependent on the results after the CFI run is completed. If your name is not on the final report, you will not be eligible to travel.

​

• If you request your air ticket(s) to be issued before the CFI run is completed but do not qualify eventually, you will be liable for the full ticket price, or PACS will claw back the amount from your commission after the event. Therefore, it is advised to request your ticket(s) only after the CFI run is completed.

 

• Seat availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to increase your chances of securing your preferred flight.

 

• Flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

 

• Any requests for flight seating arrangements will be submitted to the airline. Please note that seating allocation is done by the airline, and UOB Travel is not liable for unsuccessful seat requests.

 

• If you are pregnant and wish to travel for the convention, please provide an official doctor’s letter certifying that you are fit to travel to SGP.PRUEvents@prudential.com.sg. Note that travel insurance will not cover any cancellation claims for pregnancy-related cases. Should you decide to cancel your trip, the cancellation policy will apply.
